hey my name is bareky and i've been on the internet for a while now and i've decided that now's the time that i finally decide to make a website.

i'm a big lover of tech, anime, music, and video games. when it comes to tech i love to work on coding projects such as this website and bots that i've made in python. for example i created a whole battling system for my friend discord (which is aka Nice Summer) (i might go more into depth about this bot in a blog)

although i have some experience with tech and coding i still consider myself a novice so i hope that projects like this site could help me out when it comes to getting better at these things.

for anime i'm into a few different genres like: comedy, slice of life, and shounen. some of my favorite animes are Jojo, Naruto, Shin chan, Lucky Star, Jujutsu Kaisen, Osomatsu-san, Lupin III, and more which you can check out on my MyAnimeList

the kind of music i've found myself to be into is somewhat all over the place, some of my favorite genres are rap, punk rock, and chill vaporwave-y music. some of my favorite artists are: JPEGMAFIA, tyler the creator, freddie gibbs, MF DOOM, madlib, quasimoto, bad religion, strung out, TOOL, green day, choking victim, machine girl, death grips... if i add a music player you may hear some of these artists although i do want to have a specific vibe for this website so that also could not be the case as i'll be trying to lean more into the chill part of my tastes.

for video games my favorite genre is easily fighting games and you'll definitely see that they've influenced me a lot (the background of this site comes from darkstalkers, a fighting game). but i've got a few non-fg favs too. my favorite games are: blazblue centralfiction, blazblue chronophantasma, guilty gear xrd, street fighter alpha 3, your only move is hustle, team fortress 2, persona 4, ultrakill, disco elysium, and bomb rush cyberfunk.

however there may be a few series/things that are apart of my favorites that i may be missing, you may notice that if you check out my shrine that there's a few other series that i haven't mentioned, so check that out if you're curious on specific characters/people i like.
